Not sure how the bra can came out flying off from the body where there is no slides or diving or anything possible. My best guess is at 1st the lady decides to go topless swimming but after seeing there is a cameraman, signalled her husband to bring her the bra. Or bikini. Whatever.
Mental note: Must bring camera to the beach no matter what.

I think this happens most likely is because there is a defect on the chair and caused the kid to slip and his head is stucked there accidentally. I confirm.
